Are you a passive multifamily investor or want to be one? Link Multifamily is excited excited to host a Dallas Investor Open House in late March, bringing our investors and invited guests on the ground across the DFW metro to tour active multifamily assets and connect in person.

On Saturday, we’ll spend the day visiting properties in Irving, Richardson, and Mesquite, walking the assets together and sharing candid updates on operations, market dynamics, and what we’re focused on in today’s environment. This open house is designed to create real context beyond reports — time on-site, real conversations, and space for questions.

This is not a sales event. It’s an open, transparent opportunity to engage with the assets and the team managing them.

What to expect:

Guided walkthroughs of large Class A, B, & C multifamily properties in Dallas Area (sized 75-200 units) - Emerald Point Apartments, Vanderbilt Apartments, Richland Park, and The Ventura

Informal discussion on operations and current market conditions

Time for questions and conversation on-site

Connection with fellow Multifamily passive investors and meet the operating team

Please note:

On Friday, March 27, the Old Capital Lending team will be hosting a cooresponding Old Capital Bus Tour, a separately ticketed event offering broader exposure to the DFW market from a lending and capital markets perspective.

If you're around on Sunday, March 29 we will be hosting more fun events to get to know the food and culture of Dallas Fort Worth.
